Where do you ship?

We deliver Hill Interiors pieces to all UK‑mainland addresses. Smaller items also reach the Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Scottish islands; however, remote‑area surcharges may apply (postcodes BT, HS, IM, IV, KA27–28, KW, PA20‑78, PH17‑50, ZE). We’re unable to ship LARGE two‑man items to those postcodes, or to the Channel Islands / other international destinations.

Who will deliver my furniture?

Small & Medium items travel by next‑day parcel carrier (DPD / UPS).
Large items (sofas, cabinets, oversize mirrors) travel via a specialist two‑man team who will contact you to book a convenient slot.

When Will I receive my order?

Despatch times — Small/Medium: 2–3 working days. Large (two‑man): up to 14 days.
Transit times — Small/Medium: next working‑day once despatched. Large: arranged directly with the two‑man team.

Will the drivers take the item upstairs and unpack it?

Our two‑man service delivers to your ground‑floor room of choice but does not offer assembly / unpacking. Please arrange extra help if your delivery address involves stairs or tight access. Parcel‑carrier items are delivered to the doorstep.

How Long Do You Guarantee Your Products?

Hill Interiors items are covered by a 12‑month manufacturer’s guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship. Normal wear, accidental damage or misuse are not covered.

What Should I Do When the Driver Arrives with My Parcel?

• Inspect the outer packaging before signing.
• Note any scuffs or dents on the courier’s device.
• Retain all packaging until you’re sure the item is perfect— it’s required for any collection.

What Should I Do If My Parcel Is Damaged?

If you notice any damage upon delivery, please refuse the parcel or the entire delivery without signing the delivery note. Notify us within 3 working days, attach clear photos of the packaging and the fault, and keep everything in its original box. We’ll arrange a free collection and offer a replacement, repair or refund. If needed, contact us immediately at info@racyliving.com

How Do I Return My Parcel?

You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the products without providing a reason (excluding return shipping costs). To initiate a return, please email us at info@racyliving.com. Returned items must be in their original packaging and in perfect condition, and they must be sent back within 10 working days. Once we receive the returned items in good condition, refunds will be processed within 15 working days via bank transfer.

Please note that the cost of return shipping will need to be covered by the customer.

Additionally, items returned damaged or not in their original packaging will not be refunded, and “do-it-yourself” products that have been assembled are not eligible for return.

Can I track my delivery?

Yes. You’ll receive a DPD/UPS tracking link for Small/Medium items once they leave the warehouse. Large two‑man deliveries are booked directly with you; they’ll text or email your two‑hour delivery window.
