If the piece is in stock, we aim to reach you within 7–10 days. In many cases we can slot you into an earlier run depending on when your order is placed in the week.

Will the drivers take the item upstairs and unpack it?
The standard service is ground‑floor, room‑of‑choice with packaging left for your inspection. White‑glove upgrade (unpack, assemble where applicable and remove all wrapping) is available—just contact us before the checkout and we’ll add it to your booking.

What Should I Do When the Driver Arrives with My Parcel?
When your delivery arrives, please check that:
Your parcel is delivered on a pallet (if your order includes more than one item).

How Do I Return My Parcel?
You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the products without providing a reason (excluding return shipping costs). To initiate a return, please email us at info@racyliving.com. Returned items must be in their original packaging and in perfect condition, and they must be sent back within 10 working days. Once we receive the returned items in good condition, refunds will be processed within 15 working days via bank transfer.
Please note that the cost of return shipping will need to be covered by the customer.
Additionally, items returned damaged or not in their original packaging will not be refunded, and “do-it-yourself” products that have been assembled are not eligible for return.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes. Once your consignment is booked, you’ll receive an email and SMS with your confirmed delivery date and a 3‑hour timeslot. The driver will call 30 minutes before arrival so you can make sure access is clear.
